      What is Yoga Metta?


Metta signifies friendship & non-violence as well as a strong wish for the happiness of others. Yoga is a way of moving the body to calm the mind. Together it is a meditation to consider during yoga practice. A safe, nuturing choice free of any percieved critism or judgement.  We start from a place of complete & radical self-acceptance with nothing to change & no one to be.  It is from there we move forward embracing everything we are with loving kindness & compassion.
